Working with 11 other Town Council members, the Town Council holds exclusive legislative power within the town, with authority to enact, amend, or repeal ordinances in line with the town charter, state constitution, and statutes as led by the Mayor.
Ensure ordinances remain in effect for a maximum of 10 years unless renewed, after which they are repealed.
